Some cruise ships go there and a few private sailors in large sail boats, but you really need to go by ship, not boat. I had a friend who sailed there and it took weeks and it was a miserable trip. The only other way might be to book passage on a commercial freighter but I doubt that is suitable for a woman with medical problems.
